Featured upload! Maxis "Lost & Found" #22: Large Loft Window and Timber Column from CAS

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
In the CAS screen there are many object, most of which duplicates of objects already in game. But these two objects, in my opinion, deserved to be made usable in game.

1) Large Loft Window: it's similar to the Loft window already available in the base game, but is a little larger and lower. Quite nice

2) Timber and Steel Column: it's a huge column, more than 2-story high (it peeks through the floor of the second story). I don't know how much it is usable in game, but I liked it very much, with its rough shape and materials...

Both objects work in the base game and in any other game configuratoni.

The window I like. Very nice, and it fits betweent e chair rail and crown moulding on those nice wallpapers. Why didn't maxis put it in?

The post, I believe, resembles driftwood, or atleast what is on my beaches. Looks like an old pilon from a beach house blown away from a Hurricane. Which gives me an idea, if it didn't go through the floor, it could be stilts for beach houses.

Who the woodchuck does Maxis hire, FEMA employees? So many lost and unfinished items in the game, it's like that all sat on their duffs, and worked two weeks before it was schedualed to go on shelves. Ah well, thanks for finishing off where Maxis had started....

Thank you, thank you.

For a few months I'd been thinking of requesting the CAS window. But again and again, I told myself, "Who would want it?" Numenor, you are a great and friendly talent.

Cool! Any chance you'll also do this for those cool blue pendant lamps in CAS?
